		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literasy, financial technology on the capital structure decisions of food and baverage UMKM in WonogiriRegency with financial inclusion as a moderator. In this study using quantitative methods and data techniques using PLS which is operated through Smar PLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method user cluster sampling. Respondents in this study were food and beverage UMKM in Wonogiri Regency with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaries directly. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that financial literacy has no effect on the capital structure decisions.. Financial technology influences the decisions on the capial structure. Financial literacy has no effect on financial inclusion. Financial technology has no effect on financial inclusion. Financial inclusion influences the decisions on the capital structure. Financial literacy can effect capital structure decisions which are moderated by financial inclusion in food and beverage.. Financial technology has no effect on capital structure decisions by moderating financial inclusion.}
