		abstract={The purpose of this research is to compare whether there is a difference or not in the financial performance of Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks. The population of this study is the financial statements of Bank Jateng Conventional and Bank Jateng Syariah in quarters in the period 2015 ? 2022. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling technique with Financial Reports which include overall financial ratio information according to the variable studied, namely Return on Assets (ROA) ), Return on Equity (ROE), Operational Revenue Operational Agency (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The analysis technique used is the comparative analysis of the Mann-Whitney test. The results in this study, namely based on the ratios that become proxies (ROA, ROE, BOPO, LDR/FDR), there are significant differences in all proxies except ROA.}
