The variables used in this study are digital competence, as the independent variables, while job satisfaction and unemployment are the dependent variables. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study are civil servants in Blora district. This research uses probability sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 125 people. Measurements in this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25 analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between digital competence on job satisfaction and unemployment.} }
