		abstract={The background of this research is the problem of the loyalty of female employees who are often looked down upon compared to male employees due to certain factors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of workload, career development and work life balance on the loyalty of female employees. In this study using sampling techniques with non-probability sampling methods, namely purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This study uses primary data with a total sample of 110. Multiple linear regression is used by researchers as a data analysis technique. Based on this research, it can be seen that workload has a significant effect on loyalty, while career development and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on loyalty.}
