However, sometimes e-recruitment carried out by companies does not pay attention to details regarding the requirements for job vacancies when they are distributed, causing discrimination problems to arise in them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job opportunities, gender equality, and disability discrimination on e-recruitment for job vacancies on the LinkedIn application. In this study using quantitative methods and using PLS data techniques that are operated through SmartPLS 3.0 software. Respondents in this study were users of the linkedin application with a total of 100 respondents who met the criteria, namely active users of the linkedin application who were over 15 years old according to the age limit of the Indonesian workforce. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The results of the study show that job opportunities have no effect on e-recruitment. Gender equality affects e-recruitment. Disability discrimination affects e-recruitment.} }
