The study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of Work-Life Balance and Incentives Fairness on Employee Loyalty with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at BPR Jateng. This study used a quatitative method with a field survey approach or quationnaires. The population this study is employees of BPR Jateng with the research samples amount to 79 respondent and the type of sample is saturation sample who are analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique in the SmartPLS. The results showed that Work-Life Balance had no effect on employee loyalty, but incentives fairness had a positive effect on employee loyalty. Job Satisfaction had no ability to mediation between Work-Life Balance and Employee Loyalty, but Job Satisfaction had an ability to mediation between Incentives Fairness and Employee Loyalty.} }
