This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from respondents' answers to the questionnaire. The population in this study were 75 employees and the sampling method was total sampling. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression statistics. The results of the study show that 1) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. The better the leadership felt by employees, the higher the job satisfaction that occurs. 2) Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. The higher the work motivation, the higher the work motivation of the employees. 3) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. The better the compensation given, the higher the job satisfaction of employees. 4) Competence has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. The better the competency, the higher the job satisfaction that occurs.} }
