The sampling method in this study used a random sample with a total of 100 respondents. The results of data processing using the IBM SPSS version 22 program show that leadership style has no significant positive effect on job satisfaction, workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while the wnork environment and compensation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.} }
