		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and lifestyle on financial behavior moderated by financial technology in generation z in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach, and data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed through electronic media, namely Google Form, involving 100 respondents. The population in this study is Generation Z in Semarang City. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a negative and insignificant effect on the financial behavior of generation z in Semarang City, financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of generation z in Semarang City and lifestyle has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial behavior of generation z in Semarang City. Meanwhile, the role of financial technology moderates the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial behavior of generation z in Semarang City and financial technology does not moderate the effect of financial inclusion on the financial behavior of generation z in Semarang City.}
