In this study using quantitative methods, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Amerta, Blora Regency, with a total of 149 people. Where the entire population is used as a research sample using the census method or total sampling. Data processing uses PLS which is operated through Smart PLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that career development has no effect on organizational commitment. Leadership has no effect on organizational commitment. Career development influences job satisfaction. Leadership influences job satisfaction Job satisfaction affects organizational commitment.
