In the study, it was explained that 58.6% of the research results were influenced by other variables so that other variables were needed. So the researcher added the employee wellbeing variable to the research gap. This study aims to analyze the influence of workplace spirituality, person job fit on the intention to stay with employee wellbeing as a mediating variable. The population is 62 employees of the Banjar Post Office. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire through a google form which contained a number of questions with 62 respondents. The results showed that Workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay. Person job fit has no effect on intention to stay. Workplace spirituality has no effect on employee wellbeing. Person job fit has no effect on employee wellbeing. Employee wellbeing has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay.
