		abstract={ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and teamwork on innovative work behavior with a moderating role in sharing knowledge of YPMAK Mimika Papua foundation employees.
The research population consisted of 65 employees of the YPMAK foundation and a sample of 65 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Data analysis uses smart PLS by going through the outer model and inner model stages.
The results of the study show that leadership transformation and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Sharing knowledge displays moderating the influence of transformational leadership and teamwork on innovative work behavior}
