Empirical condition shows that being able to speak English appears a lot as one of the requirements in paper sheets or digital pamphlets when a company is looking for or conducting an employee recruitment process. The population in this study are business owners/employers/company organizations whose recruitment process includes the requirement of being able or mastering English as one of the requirements for the company when carrying out the recruitment process or looking for employees. The research sample was taken from several informants who work as business owners/recruiters/HRD from a company located in the province of Central Java, especially in the city where this research was conducted, Kendal and Semarang. The data collection method used in this study uses two stages, those are Observation and Interview since when two people have a conversation, there are two important processes, namely listening and speaking, but there is one thing that is often forgotten, that is the process of quickly understanding and translating the intention and the meaning of the conversation before finally replying with the ability to speak in English.} }
