The sample selection method uses a saturated sample. The population in this study were all employees at the Tanjung Emas Class I Port Authority and Harbormaster Office with a total of 161 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In this study using quantitative methods and data techniques using PLS which is operated through software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 and Variance Accounted Factor (VAF). The results showed that (1) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational learning, (2) organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on learning, (3) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (4) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, (5) organizational learning has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (6) organizational learning is able to act as a partial mediation between job satisfaction and employee performance, and (7) organizational learning has a role as a partial mediation between organizational commitment and employee performance.} }
