This study uses a population of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period through purposive sampling. The company data obtained were 50 financial report data of non-financial companies listed on the IDX. Company data processing using SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that employee promotions and performance reports had an effect on company performance. Hierarchical ranking proxied through scores has no effect on company performance. Employee performance through the Labor Productivity proxy is able to mediate the effect of employee promotions and hierarchical rankings on company performance.} }
