		abstract={The development of a region cannot be separated from the procurement of capital expenditures which are used as fixed assets to provide benefits for the next year. This study aims to explain the effect of economic growth, local revenue, general allocation funds on capital expenditure. This research uses a quantitative approach and multiple regression analysis techniques. The research was carried out in regencies/cities in Central Java Province which had GRDP reports and APDB reports for the 2019-2022 period. The research sample used was taken using a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 35 in each area of Central Java. The results of this study partially show that economic growth has a positive effect on capital expenditure, local revenue has a positive effect on capital expenditure, and general allocation funds have no effect on capital expenditure.}
