		abstract={This study aims to examine the performance of property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic as measured using EVA and MVA method approaches. The population in this study is all property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method. The research data used is the annual financial report for the 2018-2021 periods with a sample of 104 data from 26 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method in this study is a different test with the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test which is processed using IBM SPSS 23. The results showed that there were differences in the value of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.}
