The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Education and Culture Office, totaling 76 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that there are 76 samples. The analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of research on strength performance-based assessment have a significant positive effect on leadership support and improvement of motivation.
