Analyzing whether job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of workload and the use of information technology on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of the Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kendal Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample of 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire using the google form. SmartPLS 4 has been used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, the use of information technology had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of workload and the use of information technology on the performance of BPKAD Kendal Regency employees.} }
