The research population of Komida Branch Bandung employees was 36 and the sample was 36 respondents, calculated using saturated sample technique. Analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS software analysis tool by going through the outer model and inner model stages. The findings of organizational learning research have a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational warning have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment play a role in mediating the positive influence of organizational learning on the performance of Komida Bandung Branch employees and mediation is partially complementary.} }
