The population in this study were all employees (teachers) of the Xaverius Representative Office of Muara Bungo, Jambi, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as a sample area so that there are 35 samples. Analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool Findings, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, organizational commitment and employee performance, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Self-efficacy mediates the positive influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment and employee performance.
