		abstract={In this modern era, finance is one of the main pursuit goals for everyone. Every individual needs assets to fulfill all his life needs and to obtain these assets, one of which is by investing. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of Investment Motivation and Investment Experience on Investment Decisions with Financial Literacy as a moderating variable. In this study using quantitative methods using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The sample collection method uses purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were investors using seed applications aged <17-40 years living in Semarang Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Investment Motivation and Investment Experience have an effect on Investment Decision as well as Investment Motivation and Investment Experience have an effect on Investment Decision which is moderated by Financial Literacy.
