This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The number of samples used is 78 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire via Google Forms and measured with a Likert scale. The method of analysis and data processing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that (1) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) The work environment is able to moderate (strengthen) the relationship between work motivation and employee performance and (4) The work environment is not able to moderate the relationship of work stress to employee performance.
