The data used in this study is primary data based on a sample of 114. Respondents of factory employees were taken by non-probability side, namely purposive sampling. Data is processed using the statistical analysis tool Produst and Service Solutions (SPSS). The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis to produce a regression equation Y = 2.013 + 0.356 X1 + 0.314 X2. Based on the t test and regression analysis performed, it is known that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a result of 6,206 and work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a result of 3,133. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is known that the Adjusted R2 value is 57%, this indicates the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction, can be explained by the independent variables, namely work motivation and work stress by 43%, while the remaining 43% are other factors that were not examined by research.
