This study aims to analyze the effect of adversity quotient and emotional quotient on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT Home Center Indonesia, Kudus Branch. This research is quantitative and the number of samples is 55 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Analysis and calculations using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study are adversity quotient, emotional quotient and work motivation partially have a positive effect on employee performance. In the indirect effect, the adversity quotient has a positive effect on employee performance through work motivation. And indirectly emotional quotient also has a positive effect on employee performance through work motivation.} }
