The research method used for this study is a quantitative method, using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The population in this study are employees of PT. Pacific Furniture Semarang, with a total of 360 people with contractual status of 238 people and 122 permanent employees. The technique for calculating the number of samples is carried out using the Slovin formula which is commonly used in research with a very large number of samples using the survey method. Data processing uses the SPSS technique with the IBM SPSS 23 application.
