Thus, the phenomenon of declining employee performance at PT. Jagarti Sarana Telekomunikasi (JST) in Semarang becomes a matter that needs serious attention from management, as it directly relates to the future organizational objectives. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique with 63 respondents among PT. JST employees. The research findings indicate that the leadership style variable has a partial influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and compensation also partially influences employee performance.
