Jagarti Telecommunications Facilities Semarang, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine technician. This research method uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the mechanical engineering department (EDC). The sampling technique with saturated sampling is a sample selection technique when all members of the population are sampled. The sample taken was 63 respondents with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed directly via Google Forms. Data processing uses the SPSS technique with SPSS version 15.0 The results of this study indicate that: Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
