As well as the choice of mutation as one of the solutions to dealing with Burnout problems in employees of Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital, it is important to conduct a study on the Effect of Burnout on Employee Performance with Mutation as an Intervening Variable. This study aims to analyze the effect of Burnout and Workload on employee performance with employee mutation as an intervening variable. At the same time, it allows the company in research to later improve employee performance and mutation test as a solution to the problem for burnout and workload on employees as well as a reference for further research. Employees of Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital is the population used in this research, with 418 people in total. As for data collection, a questionnaire through google form containing number of questions was using for this research with 81 respondents in total. The results of this study indicate (1) Burnout has a significant negative effect on employee performance, (2) Workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance, (3) Burnout has a significant positive effect on mutation, (4) Workload has a positive insignificant effect on mutation, (5) Mutation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (6) Mutation has a significant positive effect on employee performance and (7) Mutation plays role in mediating the effect of workload on employee performance.} }
