The sample selection method uses a saturated sample. The population in this research was all Pendamping Lokal Desa at Banjarnegara District with a total of 54 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. This research used quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using PLS which was operated through the software Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4.0. The results showed that (1) psychological well-being had a significant positive effect on job performance, (2) organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job performance, (3) job insecurity had no effect in moderating the relationship of psychological well-being to job performance, (4) job insecurity did not effect in moderating the relationship of organizational commitment to job performance.
