The purpose of this research is to empirically test the effect of leadership style on teacher performance, empirically test the effect of motivation on teacher performance, empirically test leadership style and motivation on teacher performance. This study used quantitative methods, data were collected using questionnaires and interview techniques, the respondents in this study were 61 teachers.
