The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The object of this study were 58 employees of PT Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera Pekalongan Branch using saturated sampling technique. This research is a quantitative analysis and data calculation using Smart PLS . The results of this study are work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on performance then the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance.
