		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of organizational learning on crowdsourcing and value creation, the effect of crowdsourcing on value creation. Crowdsourcing mediation on the influence of organizational learning on value creation. The population in this study were all employees of the Jatinegara Health Center in Tegal Regency as many as 98 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of this study, organizational learning has a significant positive effect on crowdsourcing and value creation, crowdsourcing has a significant positive effect on value creation.
