		abstract={This research was conducted with the aim to describe how the influence of GCG which consists of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on the value of companies with intellectual capital as a mediating variable in studies of companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 35 companies used as samples in this study with a research period of 3 years, namely 2019-2021.Purposive sampling method was used as a determinant of this research sample. The research data were analyzed using partial linear regression (Partial Least Square or PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 software application. It can be concluded from the results of this study that institutional ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees have a significant positive effect on firm value. Intellectual capital has a significant negative effect on firm value. Intellectual capital does not mediate the relationship between institutional ownership and firm value. Intellectual capital does not mediate the relationship between independent commissioners and company value. Intellectual capital does not mediate the audit committee's relationship to firm value.
