The number of samples is 120 respondents obtained from the census taking technique. Data analysis techniques include validity testing through factor analysis, reliability testing and continued with multiple linear regression tests. There are four hypotheses proposed in the study. The results of the statistical test stated that all indicators were valid and reliable. Furthermore, in the regression test it was found that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction and employee job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. So it can be said that there is a motivational influence on employee loyalty through employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable} }
