		abstract={Performance plays an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. As a result, employee performance reviews are well-suited to evaluating company-wide performance. Several factors can affect employee performance, such as communication, teamwork, and work environment. This study aims to investigate the performance of employees at Padma Semarang hotel. The subjects of this study are all employees working at Padma Semarang Hotel. From this population, a sample of 52 employees was drawn. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 tool was used as the analytical tool in this study. The results show that the group cooperation variable has no significant impact on employee performance. However, work and communication environment variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance.}
