The population in this study were all BKPSDM employees of Tegal Regency, totaling 56 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of research on authentic leadership, organizational culture and organizational learning capabilities have a significant positive effect on the success of innovative work behavior.
