		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of authentic leadership, organizational culture, organizational learning capabilities on the success of innovative work behavior, authentic leadership and organizational culture on organizational learning capabilities, mediating organizational learning capabilities on the influence of authentic leadership and organizational culture, on the success of innovative work behavior. The population in this study were all BKPSDM employees of Tegal Regency, totaling 56 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of research on authentic leadership, organizational culture and organizational learning capabilities have a significant positive effect on the success of innovative work behavior.
