		abstract={The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the risk factors (internal risk, external risk, and investment risk) on the return on Initial Public Offering (IPO). This study uses secondary data in the form of a prospectus and uses a quantitative approach. The research population includes all companies registered on idx.co.id in 2022. The sample consists of 50 companies selected through a purposive sampling method. The method used is descriptive analysis. The causal relationship between risk factors and IPO returns was examined using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that disclosure of internal and external risk factors has a significant effect on IPO returns, while disclosure of investment risk factors has no significant effect on IPO returns.}
