		abstract={This research aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure on firm value with corporate governance as a moderating variable. The population in this research are companies that won awards at the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) organized by The Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) and Majalah SWA in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method and obtained samples from 6 companies with the observation year starting from 2018-2022, so that the total sample used is 30 samples. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports published on the company's official website. The data analysis method in this research used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with Smart-PLS3 to analyze the data. The results showed that CSR disclosure had a positive effect on firm value and corporate governance was able to moderate the effect of CSR disclosure on firm value.}
