This study aims to determine the effect of obedience pressure, perceived responsibility, organization culture and characteristic individual on creation of budgetary slack. This research make use experimental metode and the samples is eighty three undergraduates organization STIE Bank BPD Jateng. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are positive influence among the variables of obedience pressure on creation of budgetary slack, no effect of participation variables perceived responsibility on creation of budgetary slack, positiveo effect between the variables of organization culture on creation of the budgetary slack, and the positive effect between of variable characteristic individual on creation of 2 budgetary slack.
