		abstract={The value of a company describes their conditions that have been achieved by the company for their performance so the company can maximize the value of its company. This research aims to explain the effect of Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership on Firm Value with Corporate Financial Performance as a mediating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis techniques uses are Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The research conducted at financial sector companies (IDX-Finance) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 period. The research sample used was taken using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 27 companies. The results of this research partially managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, financial performance has no influence on firm value, managerial ownership has no influence on firm value, and institutional ownership has no influence on firm value. Based on the result of this research financial performance does not have the ability to mediate the influence between managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value.}
