This research uses a quantitative method, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Banyumili, Rembang Regency. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research uses AMOS 24 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) distributive justice has no effect on employee performance, (2) the non-physical work environment has no effect on employee performance, (3) distributive justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, (4) the non-physical work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.
