This research was conducted to identify whether compensation, work motivation and work discipline influence the performance of PT Megaprint Citra Mandiri employees. This research is quantitative research which is also known as research that uses numerical data analysis (numbers) with statistical methods. The location of the research was carried out at PT Megaprint Citra Mandiri Semarang, in the Candi Industrial Area, Semarang City. The population in this study was around 90 people. The sampling technique used in this research uses saturated sampling, namely a sampling technique that takes all members of the population. The data collection technique in this research uses a Likert scale with variable measurement using a research instrument in the form of a scale. The tests carried out in this research are, validity test, reliability test, analysis technique test, and hypothesis test. The research results show that the variables compensation, motivation and work discipline have a partial and significant effect on employee performance variables with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The amount of influence exerted by the compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on performance is 31.3%.} }
