Service quality, ease of use, and customer trust can be good or bad factors in customer loyalty to always use BSI Mobile services. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Ease of Use, and Trust on Customer Loyalty. The research method used in this research is quantitative, while the data collection technique is carried out through questionnaires using online-based media, namely Google Form, with the population used being customers who use BSI Mobile in Semarang. The data that was collected was tested using the SPSS Statistics 24 application, the sampling technique used was lemeshow with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used in this research was classical assumption testing because the data was normal. The results of this research show partially and simultaneously that service quality and ease of use have a positive and significant effect, while the trust variable has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty.
