		abstract={This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT ABC. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. This study uses all employees of PT ABC as the population. The technique used in sampling is the entire population or saturated sample. Saturated sample is a sampling technique that uses all members of the population as a sample. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style motivation had no effect on employee performance of PT ABC. PT ABC is expected to pay more attention to things that improve the performance of its employees, especially work discipline by setting daily targets and also printing monthly reports so that they can monitor how well their work is.}
