Researchers chose quantitative research methods with a descriptive statistical approach. The population in this study included banking employees with a sample of 100 people using accidental sampling techniques by collecting information through questionnaires. The analytical tool used is SPSS.25 using regression analysis via the simultaneous F test, partial t test, R2 coefficient determination test, and mediation test via Process v4.2 by AndrewF.Hayes. The results of this research show an insignificant positive influence between the Non-Physical Work Environment on Loyalty and there is a significant positive influence between Job Satisfaction on Loyalty and Commitment to Loyalty. Apart from that, from the results of the mediation test via Process v4.2 by AndrewF.Hayes, it is proven that the Job Satisfaction variable has a role in mediating the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Loyalty.
