		abstract={The mining sector experienced a large decline in financial performance throughout the 2019-2022 period. This phenomenon makes the mining sector an object of research. Apart from the above phenomena, other problems related to the selection of independent variables are caused by research gaps or different findings in previous research. In general, the aim of this research is to examine the influence of liquidity ratios, solvency, profitability and the rupiah exchange rate on stock prices. The research sample taken was 43 companies in the mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using a purposive sampling technique, namely the sample method taken including the following criteria: companies in the mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2022, there was an annual report published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has complete data from 2019-2022. The data analysis method uses quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that there is no significant influence between liquidity on stock prices, there is a significant and negative influence between solvency on share prices, there is a significant and positive influence between profitability on share prices and there is no significant influence between the rupiah exchange rate on prices. share.
