		abstract={ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of supply chain management, operational cost effieciency, and innovation on company performance. The object of this research is a manufacturing company (cigarettes) in Kudus Regency. The population in this study were employees of manufacturing companies, the sample determination method used convenience sampling so the total sample was 37 respondents. The research method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the variables of supply chain management, operational cost efficiency, and innovation have a positive and significant effect on company performance. Future research is expected to focus on the research population, using a sample of companies throughout Indonesia, not just in Kudus City.
