The population of this research was all employees of the Archives and Library Service, totaling 158 civil servants. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. Therefore, the number of samples used was also 158 samples of civil servant employees. The analysis method in this research is SEM-PLS using the smartPLS application. The results of the research are that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance and employee job satisfaction, organizational climate has no effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance.} }
