		abstract={Accident rate at PT. XXX 2020 ? 2022 the rate of work accidents has awalys increased. This conflict causes a decrease in productivity and motivation for employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health on work productivity through employee motivation at PT. XXX. This research method uses a quantitative method with a sample of 42 respondents and a saturated sampling technique. Data calculations and analysis for this research used SmartPLS 4. The results of this research include safety and health compliance, safety and health training, employee motivation as a whole have a positive effect on productivity.
